Why Highlander Taste?

The south part of Poland, stretching from the city of Kraków down to the Czech Republic border has been inhabited from about the 13th century by a group of Poles that identify as Górale, otherwise known as Highlanders. This is who we are, this is where we came from.

Our HIGHLANDER culture is known Worldwide for our traditions in art, music, dance, extraordinary culinary palette, and very distinct attire. Polish Highlanders can be found all over the World, as they have migrated over the last century, many coming to USA and Canada.

Born and raised in the mountains that stretch across the south part of Poland, Tatra mountains, which is an extension of the Alps, makes Montana feel like home.

After living for over 30 years in the Chicago area, with the large diverse and multicultural culinary scene, we have decided to bring forward our passion and experience in Polish traditional food fused with some American touches to Montana.

Excited to serve the Helena Valley, and many surrounding areas in Montana, we offer a variety of services including daily food truck post at our location, as well as catering, private events, such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.
